Structure
General Membership
is open to consumers, professionals, health care and other associations, policymakers
or agencies that support the work of the Coalition. An annual
meeting of the membership is held each year for the purpose of
electing new members, as needed, to the Board of Directors and
for the transaction of such other business as may come before
the membership. Membership is renewed annually.
Board of Directors
is comprised of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman/Chairman
Elect, Secretary/ Treasurer, Medical Officer, Committee chair
(Sustainability, Regional Affairs, Public Affairs, Professional
Education, and Consumer Education) and up to four Directors-at-Large.
The Board manages the business, property, and affairs of the
Coalition. The Board meets periodically and notifies members that they may attend in person or by phone.
